I specialize in individual and couples therapy working with adolescents and adults. Offering unique and healthy cognitive alternatives. I perform traditional talk therapy, but often supplement that with creative art modalities. I also do mindfulness meditation, imagery and yoga. I specialize in disordered eating, substance use, women's issues, self-esteem building, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting issues, grief and loss, and life transitions.
My approach to counseling is focused first on listening and then on helping my clients understand themselves and their ultimate concerns in a deeper way so that they can live fuller, happier lives. I provide lasting benefits and support, giving you the tools you need to avoid triggers, redirect damaging patterns and overcome whatever challenges you may face.
