We will work together to attain your short- and long-term goals, fulfill your personal growth, increase self-love and worth, discover your purpose, and learn and implement new coping mechanisms. I want to create an environment for self-exploration and expression.
I bring a creative approach to the therapy process as I am an art therapist. Art therapy uses visual arts to communicate emotions and thoughts that cannot be expressed by words alone. Using a combination of talk-and art therapy maximizes the overall growth a client can have when processing trauma. Building a therapeutic relationship is most important to me.
