Welcome to Healing Hearts Therapy. I utilize a blend of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and EMDR. I am licensed in both DC and Maryland.
Working in collaboration, we will create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship - a vital component of the healing process.
