Hello! I'm Sara! I've worked with adult, children, and families for several years. I graduated from Westfield State University. I've assisted families with school refusal, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders due to life transitions. I work together with children, families, and adults to identify what optimal functioning is for them and how we can move towards that during our time together.
For anyone beginning or continuing therapy, the search for a new therapist can be daunting. I aim to provide a warm and welcoming space for children and adolescents to feel comfortable engaging in the therapeutic process. During sessions play, journaling, art, stories, and even acting may contribute to processing and progressing.
