As Innovative Social Solutions (Hannah, Amber & Dacia), we are a collaborative of 3 clinicians (and growing) with a passion for health equity. We are focused on increasing access to outpatient therapy for vulnerable, underserved populations including: Parents and caregivers Mothers, particularly struggling to manage postpartum stress Uninsured individuals including undocumented persons Trauma and domestic violence survivors Persons with non-societal conforming identities, including marginalized sexual and gender identities, minority groups, and socially displaced persons Persons wrestling with childhood or family-based trauma.
Our focus as clinicians is acting as a facilitator for our clients-helping them sort our the stories of their lives, especially with clients who have experienced trauma, family challenges, parenting challenges, LGBTQIA+ issues, and more. Our job is to help you discover what goals you truly want to pursue, to unravel your past to make sense of the present.

Groups
Therapeutic Group for Working Moms (Virtual)
This is 12-week therapeutic group to learn some parenting strategies, process anxiety, depression and stress of managing the needs of littles and the workplace, and connect with a community of women who are in the same boat! We will work on strategies to manage all of the above as well, including looking at how we were parented. We will use a combination of coaching and therapy, and crowd sourcing our strategies as mothers! Cost will be $35 per group, or $30 per group if paid in advance.
