My ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work in the therapeutic process. The client should be able to recognize that there are changes that need to happen and are willing to do what it takes to make therapy work for them. The main issues that I work with are anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. The goals of therapy would be to find a balance between where emotions no longer inhibit a person's ability to function on a daily basis.
My specialties include a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person centered therapy. My approach is to ensure a client is constantly becoming more aware of how their thought process can change everything about their life. I always want my clients to feel satisfied coming out of session and feel heard.
