I offer a person centered approach, empowering you to be vulnerable and strong through your pain, challenges and fears. I have spent my life living, caring and working with people struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety and other life struggles. Helping others recognize and develop their strengths and boundaries is pivotal to breaking cycles.
