Hello! I'm Ana and I might be your next (or first ever!) therapist. My practice focus tends to be on anxiety (including anxiety disorders), self esteem building, PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD, trauma cycle breaking, relationship issues, emotional abuse/neglect recovery, depression, and other mood disorders. I try to use humor in my practice, when appropriate, and I strive to build a strong and meaningful rapport with all of my clients and each relationship is unique! I am a strong advocate for social justice and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
I tend to use a lot of CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic work, and mindfulness in my practice and am always learning more methods. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, please rest assured that you will! I view sessions as a conversation centered around you. I also advocate for self-compassion and challenge thinking and behavior that doesn't serve you.
