Welcome! I'm a licensed mental health counselor with specialized training in trauma informed care, codependency, sandplay, and family therapy. I work alongside folks working through life transitions, reprocessing trauma, exploring identity, and challenging codependent patterns in relationships. My practice focuses on building trust and safety so you can share and process your own unique experience. As a biracial, feminist, and multicultural therapist, I also work to understand how external cultural, societal, and systemic powers can impact our relationships with others and relationship to ourselves.
While I work with a variety of clients, I have specialized training working with the AAPI community, biracial/multiracial folks, and transracial adoptees. I often integrate EMDR, Sandplay, and mindfulness based practices in my work. I also offer short-term EMDR sessions for clients when appropriate.
