Hi and welcome! I'm an experienced couples counselor and individual therapist who is passionate about working with people on relationships. I assist couples looking to work on their communication, understand the difficulties in their relationships, and find ways to heal. Through our work together you should expect to gain greater clarity on what it is that is impacting you and your relationships as well as how to move forward. I also specialize in helping individuals heal that have had a narcissistic parent or partner.

My favorite areas to work on include codependency, perfectionism and narcissistic relationships. These relationship dynamics can be especially painful and confusing. Together we will explore how to heal by releasing codependent and perfectionistic thinking and behavior patterns to live a more freeing and fulfilling life.
