I'm happy you're here. I'm an NYC-based mental health counselor passionate about co-creating healing relationships with teens 14+ and adults. I know that the past few years of a global pandemic has been difficult, but it also allowed many of us to slow down long enough to realize what's no longer serving us. Maybe it is an old habit, narrative, or belief system that's holding you back or maybe you've discovered something new about yourself you want to explore more deeply. My therapeutic approach is rooted firmly in compassion, positive regard, open-mindedness, & non-judgmental acceptance. I practice from a framework that acknowledges the harm caused by larger social systems of oppression and makes space for all intersecting identities. Sex positive, I also believe in challenging purity culture and embracing expansiveness.
