I specialize in working with individuals, families and couples experiencing difficulties that include: family & relationship conflict, communication, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, sexual reactivity, adjustment disorders, and other mental health challenges. I work with children, teens and adults.
I use various therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, CBT and IFS. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I recognize the influence that a family system and relationships can have on an individual. I appreciate the importance of including a systemic perspective in the treatment process. Therapy can give you the tools, confidence and hope you need.
