My counseling style involves a combination of art making and talk therapy. No skills are required. If art therapy feels intimidating, we can participate in traditional talk. I provide various tools that are tailored to fit your needs and integrate concrete strategies into your life outside of the therapy space.
I became a therapist because, just like you, I am human and have had my fair share of struggles and understand the stigma of therapy.
