I mainly use an Internal Family Systems lens to make sense of internal conflicts and increase empathy and confidence. I also incorporate mindfulness of body and environment. I have supported teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship/intimacy struggles.
