I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of expertise in the field. Motivational interviewing techniques can be used to enhance your motivation and commitment to change. By focusing on your strengths and values, we will work together to develop strategies and solutions that align with your goals and aspirations.

In our sessions, I will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. Using strength based approach, I will help you recognize and build up upon your existing strengths and resources. The solution-based approach will guide our sessions towards identifying achievable steps that can lead to positive outcomes
