I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist. I have been in the field since 2007. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders.
I primarily utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Grief therapy. My specialty is trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, grief, substance use and mood disorders.
I will create a safe and comfortable environment to allow you open up at your own pace. I appreciate humor and utilize it to help reduce those nervous feelings that can come with getting therapy.
