Together we can help you determine what aspects of your life are working well for you and which areas in your life you would like to fine tune in order to bring an increased sense of well-being and peace.
I see the client-counselor relationship as the most important aspect in the counseling process. I also incorporate approaches to help you examine your thoughts and assumptions in a way that can help you to feel more positive about your life. Additionally, I use mindfulness to help clients feel more calm and regulated when dealing with distressing emotions.
