I specialize in techniques of EMDR for trauma, Internal Family Systems for meeting and healing our exiled parts, Mentalization Based Therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder, Jungian techniques such as dreamwork, and Attachment-informed strategies to improve relationships. These techniques combine with a therapy focused on deep trust and nonjudgement.
