Some of my clients find themselves experiencing fatigue or a sense of hopelessness stemming from work-related challenges or dealing with issues with self-confidence, personal boundaries, fear of change, stress, anxiety, and lack of self-care. My clients want to move from unfulfilling careers to passionate endeavors, navigate difficult relationships, create a new life after divorce, and incorporate healthy habits while balancing achievements with other aspects of life.
Proficient in English and Spanish, I integrate Positive psychology, habit-building methods, mindfulness, somatic work, and performance-enhancing strategies. My practice is person-centered, short-term, action-focused, and goal-oriented. You challenge unhelpful assumptions, promoting a mindset shift that empowers you to take action and overcome obstacles.
