Are you an adult or teenager who is struggling with anxiety? Do you feel overwhelmed or caught in cycles of worry? Is your ability to enjoy life being impacted? Imagine releasing this burden and fully living the life you deserve. I am committed to helping you move beyond barriers of anxiety and/or depression towards a future of creativity, purpose and joy. Together we will create an inviting, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, connect with your inner wisdom, and discover what is truly possible for you. You will develop tools to help you make clear-eyed, workable plans to realize your goals.
As we work together, care will be taken to bring compassionate awareness to what is anxious or hurting. Special attention to how feelings are experienced in the body will allow them to be expressed and released, clearing space for new patterns of thought, feeling and action. This will allow you to move more freely towards the future you desire.
I would love to hear from you to discuss how I can support you. Call or email me today for a free consultation. Contact details are below. I look forward to hearing from you!

Gentle Yoga via Zoom
Revive your week with conscious movement and breathing. This class uses gentle asanas/poses and movements to support energetic flow in the body. Working from lying, seated and standing positions, we will invite our bodies to root and expand as we breathe. Nothing is required other than comfortable clothing and enough room to stretch your body. Yoga mats are helpful but not necessary. April 18, May 16, June 20 at 6pm. Free. Please visit www.pillarsoflightandlove.org/workshops for details
