Life can be challenging but you do not have to suffer. I specialize in working with people who have undergone trauma, loss and/or struggle with anxiety. That loss may be a loved one, your health and wellbeing, your confidence, a job or relationship. Whatever it is, all loss is painful and often difficult to move beyond. I am well equipped to help those who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD and CPTSD as well as many other challenges. I can help you regain a life of energy, focus and fulfillment.
I provide a comfortable and welcoming space with effective therapy such as EMDR. Together we will process difficult emotions and memories. Once processed, this clearer lens provides a feeling of control over life, confidence, and more available energy. My practice is fully virtual so you are able to relax and participate from the comfort of your own home
