We will first have a parent intake without the child/teen present. My approach may require individual sessions with your child, individual sessions with the parents for feedback, sessions with the parent and child, and family sessions. This is a virtual open parenting group designed to help parents handle their children's difficult behaviors, becoming the parents they want to be, the parents their children need them to be, and the parents they may have needed growing up. I will help provide tools to support your child's healthy development, offer understanding and insight on trauma, attachment, and neurobiology, and encourage reflection on emotional triggers, healthy boundaries, and the importance of having fun together. The goal of this group is to create a supportive community for parents facing similar challenges.
