For teens and young adults, I know how important it is to be seen, heard, and equipped with tools and skills to navigate difficult feelings, relationships, and adjustment periods. For parents walking through adoption, divorce, or other challenges, you are not alone.
I also provide biopsychosocial assessments. A BPS can provide valuable insights, formulate a greater representation of your overall needs, and provide recommendations for next steps. A BPS can pinpoint gaps in learning for kids and describe possible contributing factors, as well as help teens and adults gain a better, holistic understanding of the self.
