Unlike some types of therapy or support groups, an open forum mental health group does not typically have a set agenda or curriculum. Instead, participants are free to discuss any mental health-related topic that they feel is relevant or important. This may include topics such as coping strategies, medication management, self-care techniques, and navigating the mental health system. One of the key benefits of an open forum mental health group is the opportunity for participants to connect with others and By sharing their experiences and supporting each other, participants can feel more empowered to manage their mental health.
