I have been trained in different evidence based counseling therapies: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, and motivational interviewing. I am Board Certified through the Center for Credentialing and Education to provide Telemental Health Services as well.
