We often feel alone when facing distressing events or difficult relationships. I'm inspired by my clients that are able to look at their challenges as opportunities for change and growth. I'd love to help you manage your emotions in healthier ways and will provide you with tools to create deeper connections in your relationships. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy (CCTP), Gottman Level 2 for couples, PSI Advanced Training for perinatal/postpartum women, grief/loss, and addictions. My eclectic approach includes CBT, DBT, SFT, IFS, CPT, EFT, ACT, and Imago methods and I'll adjust my approach to meet your specific needs.

Here at Cultivate Therapy, we want to make starting therapy as simple as possible. We're a savvy out-of-network (OON) provider who can provide a cost estimate and submit the reimbursement claims to your insurance company for you. Why choose OON? Out-of-network providers are experienced therapists who have specialized training in certain therapy models.

I offer in-person sessions at our Millburn office or telehealth sessions across NY and NJ. I work Mon-Sat and have day/evening appointments. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and I'll do my best to create a safe and supportive environment for you to learn, heal, change, and connect.
