I work with teens and adults. I specialize in helping you work through depression, anxiety, life transitions, and substance misuse. I utilize Motivational Interviewing which is a collaborative partnership designed to evoke the change you want to make. I focus on an individualized approach, utilizing Partnership, Acceptance, Compassion and Evocation to help you heal from trauma. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut with a focus in addiction issues. I currently offer Telehealth sessions Monday-Friday.
