I am a warm, nonjudgmental psychotherapist and have been working with adults, and families for the past 12 years. Clients may begin therapy feeling anxious, hopeless, or just generally "stuck" in unhelpful patterns of behavior. Some may be struggling with relationships or doubting their own self-worth. I help clients gain clarity into their struggles and help them to unlock their "best self" potential, allowing them to feel more empowered with a renewed sense of purpose.
I utilize a relational, interpersonal approach in sessions, and draw from attachment theory and psychodynamic trainings. Through a patient, curious, and warm approach, I will partner with you to explore your barriers and harness your strength and resilience potential.
