I work with clients experiencing anxiety, burn out, and those who feel stuck between their current routine and the life they want. I take a flexible, eclectic approach to therapy, ensuring that you get the session that will be most helpful for you. If you like open-ended sessions, we can do that. If you like structure or homework assignments, we can do that too! I encourage clients to get creative during sessions to make themselves comfortable. That could mean coloring or playing a game to allow you to go at your pace. Once you feel safe in our space, that's when you can start to really make progress to unlock your potential.
As an educator and school counselor for 13 years, I am especially attuned to those who are experiencing anxiety around work or burn out. Whether you are looking to find joy in your work again or looking to achieve a better work/life balance, our time together will aim to help you reach the goals you have for yourself.
