I am passionate about helping children, adolescents and parents by working collaboratively to facilitate healthy and meaningful relationships. I believe that children need to know and feel that they are loved, valued, and validated. When children are able to feel their value they are learn how to communicate their feelings and emotions in a positive way.
Working from an empathetic and playful approach primarily influenced by Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). I like to use therapeutic play, therapeutic art, as well as other modalities in order to help children learn how to manage their feelings and emotions and to help strengthen their relationships with others.
