I am trained specifically on treating unhealed wounds and have 10+ years of experience to share with you!

This 8-session group will provide a space for members to be able to express and process their feelings of depression and/or anxiety while getting support from others who can relate. Members will also learn and practice new coping skills to help decrease/manage symptoms. Limited to 8-10 people at a time. Ages 14-17. 18 y.o high school students also welcome.
