My passion is helping clients access their inner and external resources so you can live your life in an authentic and meaningful way.
Driven by the guiding principles of compassion, and non-judgment, we will cultivate a space where you can feel safe to share your story. Much of my work is with individuals navigating the complexities of intersecting identities, including generational trauma and systemic oppression. I will work with you slowly and experientially, moment by moment.
