I am a Latinx Millennial therapist. I have experience working with school age children, teens, adults, couples and families. I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, intimate relationships, communication, socializing, peer and workplace bullying, body image, self-esteem building, anxiety, depression, codependency and inner child healing. I am a strong ally for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I will always support you being authentic to who you truly are. I do offer free 15 minute consults to determine if I am the right fit to meet your needs.
Need help building self-esteem? I am your hype woman. Having conflict in an intimate relationship? I will come through with those communication tools. History of trauma? You are safe here. You can trust that you are in an environment that is designed with your best interest in mind. I encourage feedback from clients to ensure client satisfaction.
