I am a Linehan trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist . My priority is in providing the utmost quality of care by closely following evidence-based practices within the standard DBT protocol and consultation with other trained DBT professionals. I am also trained in a multitude of interventions geared towards treating PTSD as well as CBT interventions.
DBT has demonstrated efficacious treatment of a wide variety of mental health conditions including; self-harm, suicidal behaviors, Borderline personality disorder, and substance abuse. Skills-based interventions and behavioral strategies have also shown efficacy for problems such as anxiety, depression and binge-eating disorder.

*Now accepting registration for next group cycle* This group follows the standard DBT skills training curriculum to enhance capabilities in: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Group runs on a weekly basis for 24 weeks and participants are assigned homework from the DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets (2nd ed.) by Marsha Linehan. Participants must be involved in individual therapy.
