I'm a licensed psychotherapist and sex therapist who provides adults and couples a combination of solution-focused strategies and practical insight. I help individuals and couples manage anxiety, improve communication and intimacy, and reduce conflict. I specialize in treating desire discrepancy, low desire, out of control sexual behavior, sexual and gender identity concerns, sexual pain, lack of orgasm, erectile disorders, and sexual assault. I work with polyamorous couples and polycules.
I value understanding my client's needs and select evidence based treatment models based on my assessment process. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, talk therapy, CBT, ACT, and IFS. I have completed Gottman Level 1 training and the Chicago Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Externship. I am AASECT certified.
My style is both compassionate and direct. I seek to deeply understand every person, every relationship, and how they are impacted by their history. All therapy is sexuality informed, gender affirming, and welcoming to individuals across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Therapy is poly and kink affirming.
