I always knew I wanted to join the mental health field in order to destigmatize mental health conditions, advance social justice, and promote open and honest conversations about mental illness. My personal and professional experiences have cultivated my passion in both micro and macro work in the mental health field. I value working with adults who may be facing mental health challenges such as OCD, anxiety, and depression. I primarily use ERP and CBT treatment methods but also pull from other therapeutic modalities.
I prioritize a client centered approach and strive to see people within the context of their environment. I use a collaborative approach to make changes. I provide evidence-based services in both English and Spanish to individuals of varying identities and values creating a safe and inclusive environment for folks from all backgrounds and identities.
