Hi, nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have worked for over eight years providing individual and family therapy to clients of all ages and many diverse backgrounds. Together, you and I will develop realistic, attainable goals, which may include (but are not limited to) lessening anxiety or depression, developing positive communication skills, increasing self-esteem, processing difficult events, improving relationships, and generally working to be the healthiest version of yourself. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach, so I encourage you to genuinely come as you are to each session. My style is a combination of methods (CBT, mindfulness, solution-oriented) to most effectively meet your needs.
