I have experience treating adults struggling with depressive, anxiety, and post-traumatic challenges, as well as with difficulties in relationships. I have also helped individuals experiencing grief, occupational, academic, and personal issues, stress-related situations, and life transitions.
Fostering a safe and free of judgment environment, I provide supportive therapy focusing on your life, what you want to change, and how this may have been shaped by past experiences. Additionally, I tailor sessions to your specific needs by offering problem-solving strategies and focusing on your strengths.
I am a bilingual English/Spanish licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I am also a member of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in a postgraduate program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and I have worked in the mental health field as a psychotherapist and educator for over 9 years.
