Welcome! I’m Rachel, a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping teens, college students, and adults on their journeys towards well-being and personal growth. The worlds of adolescence and early adulthood can feel exciting, overwhelming, confusing, and empowering all at the same time. During these complicated and transformative years, it can be helpful to have extra support and guidance. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies for overcoming challenges related to interpersonal issues, anxiety, self-esteem, intense emotions, relational trauma, grief and loss, depression, and life transitions.
I understand how managing these challenges can leave many feeling drained. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and facilitating positive change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, trust & collaboration.
With a License in Clinical Social Work, I've spent many years honing my expertise to help young clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. I have seen the power of connection and how this can lead to empowerment and self-discovery. Together, we will work towards building the foundation for a more fulfilling and balanced life.
