I have experience working in psychodynamic, CBT, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness, and structural family therapy models, and draw upon each to create an approach that meets your individual needs.
I believe that being curious about our past contexts and their relationship to the present helps our minds (and bodies) make sense of what is currently impacting us. This process allows us to gain insight into our emotions to help us break unhealthy patterns, leave room for new experiences, and continue moving forward.
Particularly for those experiencing panic attacks, OCD, acute anxiety, and distress, I provide interventions rooted in CBT, exposure & response prevention therapy, and mindfulness practices to help you regain control over your life from our first meeting.
