I enjoy working with female young adults and adults. It is an honor to working with clients through a variety of concerns, including body image, self-esteem and identity, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, family relationship issues, and OCD. I have a passion for walking alongside others in order to find healing and provide a safe space for each person to grow and be able to experience the fullness of life and hope.
My goal is to create an environment where you can feel safe, be authentic, and grow in trust to find holistic healing. My desire is to listen to both the joys and heartaches that you will inevitably experience daily and to be edifying, providing practical tools that you can use in daily life outside of the office for fuller life and healthier relationships.
