My clinical emphasis is in working with LGBTQIA+ and gender nonconforming individuals, as well as couples and non-traditional relationship styles. As an advocate for fat liberation, I believe in encouraging clients to love their bodies and take up space unapologetically. I am also sex-positive, kink-friendly, and affirming of polyamorous relationships. Whether it’s understanding one’s gender and sexual identity or seeking a fulfilling career path, I love helping clients identify and prioritize their values in order to align their life with what brings them joy.
I specialize in sex therapy and relationship issues, as well as identity exploration and fat liberation. As a queer and fat therapist, I use modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to empower my clients to embrace all parts of their identity.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where you can search for answers to life's big questions. Lets take the time together to explore what really brings you joy, and gently challenge some of those maladaptive beliefs and habits that make life harder.
