Therapy is scary, but it doesn't have to be. As a Queer Latinx therapist, I've been where you're at right now, looking to make sense of how you feel, looking for guidance and healing. I have worked alongside and supported individuals with complexities in their lives that have chronic stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as individuals that have been affected by violence in or outside of their home, and those who have been greatly impacted by generational trauma, and community violence. My approach is to meet you where you're at and set goals together to meet your needs.
I have had the privilege of collaborating with individuals dealing with a variety of challenges, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, eating disorders, and various other mental health conditions that have profoundly affected their self-identity and daily lives.
I understand how difficult finding help can be, especially in a pool of resources that might not be always clear and extremely challenging to navigate.
