I'm passionate about partnering and walking alongside women in their most difficult moments to bring a renewed sense of hope and healing. Research shows the value in a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe and accepted. I see this relationship as as the foundation that my clients and I will build on to move towards progress and transformation. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and trauma informed care. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, trauma, boundaries, spirituality, and life-transitions.
My approach is integrative, holistic, and relational. I serve women utilizing various therapeutic interventions and tailor them to the needs of each individual client. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and utilize this method in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I also incorporate a number of therapy techniques specialized to you and your healing process. By coming alongside you and asking good questions, I hope to help you understand yourself and the world more fully as you pursue healing and growth.
