My name is Callie Martell Podraza and I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate. If you are here, there is a good chance you are looking to make some changes. I would be honored to support you through that process, whatever it may look like for you. Because therapy is unique to each individual, together we can foster a relationship that equips you with the tools you’ll need to grow. By removing barriers, offering validation and support, I can help individuals work towards their greatest potential.
I work with both adolescents (14+) and adults, utilizing person centered, narrative and solution focused therapies. I specialize in and have attended training for ADHD, grief, depression and anxiety. I can also support clients who are struggling with disorder eating, body image, relationships and life transitions.
I believe counseling is a collaborative partnership that incorporates the input of the individual. There is not a "one size fits all" intervention and connecting with the therapist you choose is vital to your success.
