The challenge shows up in my clients' relationships, substance use, and parenting. My job is to become obsolete, so let's not only work out the immediate issue, but also get to the source! We'll develop your formula to cope or prevent relapse, utilizing behavioral and CBT techniques. Then, leaning into EFT and psychodynamic approaches, we may get to the underlying issue, so coping isn’t all you're doing.
