I became a therapist to help people suffer less and grow more. I have 15 years of experience in private practice, a mental health jail, a high-needs public clinic and in people's homes. I have led therapy groups focusing on childhood trauma, men's groups, feeling safe in love, attachment, codependence and spirituality. For my work, I was awarded Employee of the Year for LA County's Department of Mental Health. I supervise developing therapists and provide trainings on best clinical practices through public speaking and professional development.

Therapy is a journey that both honors and frees you from your pain. To feel your pain, you must let yourself into it. To experience its meaning, you must let yourself out. Our goal is not to get you back to who you were before your issues began, but to integrate the lessons life is offering you.
