I am an LMHC with over 14 years experience working with clients in various stages of their life from adolescence through adulthood.The clinical approaches that I lean towards to help clients achieve their goals include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and internal family systems, but overall I take a Strengths-Based and Person-Centered approach so that we can explore different modalities to find what is right for you. I have experience working with clients who struggle with substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, navigating family or peer relationships, life transitions, and ADHD.
Building an atmosphere of safety, trust and understanding are essential components in taking steps towards your goals. I enjoy teaching and enhancing skill sets so that you can take what you learn in session and use that out into your everyday life with confidence.
