I believe in meeting a person where they are at in the current moment and working towards goals they have in mind. I believe in a judgment-free, empathetic, and compassionate environment. I believe in allowing and supporting individuals to become their most authentic selves. My passion is to guide others to empower themselves. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked in the addiction and mental health field in various settings.
My background and specialties include substance use/addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger management, and stress management. My clinical approaches include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, problem-solving therapy, and mindfulness.
