I believe my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in exploring your healing, your growth and your potential. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is a real relationship between equals and that my role in your journey is to offer a new, objective perspective, tools and steps for change and healing in a way that best fits your needs at the time. I have confidence that we are all doing the best that we can with the resources, tools and supports that we have at any given time AND we all want to improve, there are always ways to learn and grow.
I offer a variety of evidenced-based therapies to best fit your needs including DBT and CBT to address dysregulation in emotions and unhelpful thinking patterns. CATIE to provide interventions for disruptive behaviors in children/teens, EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT as a trauma focused approach, and TREM, CBI-SA, MI, DUI Evals and GAIN assessments for substance use.
I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with so many incredible people and witness their growth and healing. It is truly the most beautiful form of the human experience. I love to bring humor and connection into therapy and would be grateful for the opportunity to connect with you!
